"Terence Bailey continued to withdraw car insurance premiums for a deceased person after being notified of the policy holder’s death. The beneficiaries were not notified that they were doing so due to issues with probate and Covid. Although her renter’s insurance policy was closed, they continued to withdraw premiums for her car insurance policy for more than 2 years. It is sloppy office handling procedures that the policy holder’s death was not noted in her account for both policies so that both of them could be closed. Mr. Bailey’s offer to refund one month of overpayment is not acceptable."
